Fiberoptic Ovassapian Airway (Abbas Mulla)

1. Preload the bronchoscope with a Parker Flex-Tip (or similar) endotracheal tube to reduce trauma (softer, more flexible distal tip).
2. Insert the Ovassapian airway (white/clear) to displace the tongue and provide a stable conduit for the bronchoscope.
3. Advance the bronchoscope through the airway to visualize the glottis and enter the trachea.
4. Railroad the endotracheal tube over the bronchoscope into the trachea, then withdraw the scope.
