1. Two balloons. Red (head) proximal. Blue (shoe) distal.

2. Hyperdeflate both. Inflate with 5 mL saline each, should turn blue. Then hyperdeflate.

3. Place normally. Then inflate both balloons

   1. Saline purpose is 1) blue leak means laser popped it 2) saline helps put out fire
