1. Prepare a syringe with 1 mL midazolam (1 mg), 2 mL ketamine (20 mg), and 3 mL propofol (30 mg).
2. Administer a propofol infusion starting at 50 mcg/kg/min and titrate up or down to achieve the desired effect.
