Airway: Oral ETT
Induction: Standard
Maintenance: Gas/paralytic. Or TIVA (especially if elevated ICP)
Emergence: Awake
Antibiotics: Cefazolin
Position: 90 Right or Left (depending on surgeon, lesion)
