Anesthesia CHOP Setup for Drugs Standard

Left Side

Atropine (0.04 mg/kg for oh shit) with IM needle, Succinylcholine (4 mg/kg) with IM needle

Right Side

Opiate TBD (Morphine 0.05-0.1 mg/kg), Propofol (20 mL syringes for big kids, 10 mL for smaller), Paralytic (rocuronium in a 5 mL syringe), Antibiotics (Cefazolin is 30 mg/kg)

Top Right

Ephedrine (5 mg/mL) 5 mL, Dilute Epi, Phenylephrine Top left: Adjuncts. Dexamethasone (0.1-0.2 mg/kg for PONV, 0.5 mg/kg for airway swelling). But avoid in leukemia, lymphoma as can cause tumor lysis syndrome. Ondansetron is 0.1 mg/kg (max 4 mg), Ketorolac is 0.5 mg/kg (max 30), acetaminophen ordered day before (10-15 mg/kg, 10 mg/kg dosing for < 2yrs of age)
