- TIVA for Neuromonitoring (propofol/remifentanil/Nicard/Epi)
- Emergence
- Awake, but travel to MRI first
- Antibiotics
- Cefazolin
- PPosition
- Supine or Prone depending on lesion position

MRI at end of case. Travel down. Ensure no magnetic equipment is brought along. Then either back to OR or up to PICU
