Induction: IV. RSI. (even if proper NPO status, assume RSI)
Maintenance: Gas and paralytic
Emergence: Awake
Antibiotics: None
Position: Standard

depending on location of foreign body, can consider having magill forceps if able to grasp object on entry to airway.
