- Gas. Paralytic is cisatracurium (fridge under lock key in hallway) (reverse with phenylephrine/glyco) Emergence: Awake Antibiotics: Cefazolin (10 mg/kg, ONE time dose, surgeon ordered)

Immunosuppresion: Methylprednisolone + Thymoglobulin (with 0.2 micron
filter)\
