Target

Probe in vertical orientation. Upper lateral quadrant of the breast. Locate ribs. Locate pec major and minor and serratus. Have a rib backstop. Insert needle, hit rib. Inject. You should see a plane of separation for the serratus anterior. Withdraw, and do the same thing x2 for PEC2 and PEC1.
