- 0.2 ropivacaine 20 mL with dexmedetomidine for PENG, another 10 mL for LFNC
- Target
- Locate ASIS and iliopsoas notch. Find femoral artery and vein.
- Tricks
- It can be high up the pelvic brim, so look for the ASIS.
