22G 50mm or 21G 100mm

Target

Place probe on clavicle curve. Locate first rib, subclavian artery and pleura (do not cause pneumothorax). Locate bundle of grapes. 2-3 injections.

Tricks

Phrenic nerve will be taken out 50%. do not slip down into supraclavicular view once in position. Target the corner pocket of the artery (the pulsations of the artery will push local away and into the brachial plexus.
