PIV x2 large. Arterial line (probably pre-induction) (probably right sided). Central line (probably triple lumen for pressors)

Oral ETT.

Standard (lidocaine/fentanyl/propofol)
Maintenance
GA with ETT. TIVA (if neuromonitoring) (propofol/remifentanil). Sometimes, they do not monitor motors, so can use paralytic
Emergence
Awake. ICU

Notes

Pressors in line. Blood in room (6-8R, 6-8F) Heparin on surgeon request, ACT every 30 min, protamine at the end
Tight BP control. do not rupture the aneurysm. Ask surgeon for SBP/MAP goals
