Notes
These can be bloody cases, consider having blood in room to transfuse PRN. Patients are usually vasculopaths, so consider placement of NIBP cuff (and whether arterial line is needed) and where (if any) grafts are being harvested and whether that limits PIV access (necessitating central access)
Have heparin ready, ACT usually every 30 min
