PIV x2 large. Arterial line (probably pre-induction) (probably right sided – in case stent covers Left subclavian, which would then compromise ability to read BP). Central line (probably triple lumen for pressors)

Oral ETT.

Standard (lidocaine/fentanyl/propofol/Roc)

Maintenance

TIVA (if neuromonitoring) (propofol/remifentanil)

Emergence

Awake

Pressors in line (E/NE/phenylephrine, at clinician discretion for extent). Blood in room (tbd hgb and extent of repair)
